Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)(d) and 35(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

From the hut of Vijay Sonar 315 liters of foreign liquor was recovered and allegation is that the petitioner was his business partner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12467 of 2017 (4) dt.19-04-2017 Hajipur/Successor Court, in connection with Complaint No.C2A/300 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
