It has been submitted by the learned Counsel for the parties that the parties to this appeal have settled their matter by way of compromise and I.A. NO. 8355 of 2015 has been filed incorporating the terms of the compromise. Learned Counsel for the parties have accepted that the parties have entered into the compromise as disclosed in I.A. No. 8355 of 2015 and prayed that this appeal be disposed off in terms of the aforesaid compromise.
