The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baroon P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27477 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 whatever dispute which needs to be resolved at a future date, the petitioner is willing to deposit 20% of the total amount of dues i.e. Rs. 8,66,224/- (Rs. Eight lac sixty six thousand two hundred and twenty four only). It is further submitted that other similarly situated persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail in Cri. Misc. No. 23456/2015vide order dated 08.07.2015. Considering the nature of allegation and also that subject to the condition that the petitioner submits 20% of the amount stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Baroon P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
