28-11-2016 Heard Sri Ravindra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Pushpa Sinha, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner has prayed for grant of bail in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 385 of 2016, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 10 of 2016, registered for offence under Sections 8, 21(C) & 29 of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. He submits that seizure has not been followed in accordance with Section 100 of the Cr.P.C., even seizure list witnesses were implanted by the police with a view to implicate the petitioner.
