Apprehending her arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 260 of 2015 registered under Sections 372, 364, 365, 368 and 34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, the present application for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the occurrence had taken place on 06.04.2015 and a complaint was initially lodged on 29.06.2015 which was ultimately registered as an F.I.R. on 15.07.2015. The petitioner is a lady who has no concern with the family of the informant. The wife of the informant was of unsound mind. In the restatement, a different story has been given by the informant himself. The petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36342 of 2016 (3) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 having no criminal antecedent, deserves the anticipatory bail, particularly, when co-accused Vikash Tanti who is similarly situated has been granted the said privilege vide order dated 17.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27727 of 2016. Considering the above, let the petitioner abovenamed in the event of arrest or surrender in the Court below within four weeks be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 260 of 2015 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with the further condition that one of the bailers shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner.
