2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 3(5), of BNS and Sections 10, 11, 12 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act 2024.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the informant got a confidential information that one Sujal Kumar has recruited some fake boys in the biometric verification team in place of original staff in the AEDO examination conducted by BPSC. For verification of above information, a team was constituted and the team went in search of said Sujal Kumar. Sujal Kumar was apprehended and from his possession, I-pad

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from the possession of this petitioner only a mobile has been recovered. Only role against the petitioner is that he hatched a plan for cheating in the said examination. Petitioner is not an examinee but he is an associate of Sujal Kumar and the main thrust of allegation is against Sujal Kumar and recovery of incriminating material has also been made from Sujal Kumar. A statement has been made in para-3 that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 15.04.2026.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No. 177 of 2026 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
