JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of torturing the complainant for non-fulfilment of additional demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is ready to keep the complainant as his wife with full dignity and honour. It is also submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 1500/- (Fifteen hundred only) per month in the court below, which may be released in favour of the complainant. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.1500/- (Fifteen hundred only) per month in the court below, which shall be released in favour of the complainant.

C1313/12, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
