Petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 20.06.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 419, 494 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basis accusation is of torture and performance of second marriage.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that at earlier point of time the complainant filed Complaint Case No. 1323 of 2013 wherein processes have been directed to be issue after cognizance being taken under Sections 498A, 323, 416 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, wherein the petitioner was granted bail.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail

No.37583 of 2016 (2) dt.30-08-2016 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S.
