Petitioner's prayer for regular bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 7.9.2018, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 39380/2018.

In view of order of this Court dated 24.9.2019, report of the learned Sessions Judge, Supaul dated 14.10.2019 is on record which reveals that this case is likely to be concluded within three months.

In that view of the matter, petitioner's prayer for bail is rejected.

If the trial is not concluded within six months, the petitioner may renew the prayer for bail.
