2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 340 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80, 3(5) and 238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and the entire family is accused of torturing and killing the deceased.

4. During investigation, it has come that the local doctor had examined the deceased who was pregnant and she was referred to Patna for treatment in the clinic of Dr. Sarika Roy, and therefore, she was treated there and subsequently, she

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, First, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Nasriganj P.S.
