Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahebganj P. S. case no. 137/2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the IPC.

No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, there is long standing enmity between the parties and no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two
