Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the order dated 11.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.54444 of 2021, the name of O.P. no.2 has been wrongly mentioned as Maheshwari

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47095 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 Devi (grandmother of the wife of petitioner) in the cause title portion which should have been Guria Devi. It is further submitted that inadvertently the name of O.P. no.2 was wrongly mentioned in the bail petition also, as such, the same be rectified in the order dated 11.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.54444 of 2021. Considering the submissions made above, let the name of O.P. No.2 in the cause title portion of the order dated 11.07.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.54444 of 2021 be read as "Guria Devi" in place of Maheshwari Devi.

Accordingly, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks, after depositing Rs. 2000/- in the Victim Compensation Fund from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Complaint Case No.1412 of 2018, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya. The order dated is modified to the extent indicated above. Let this order be read along with the order dated 11.07.2022. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
