2. This writ petition has been filed for directing the Respondent No. 4 i.e., Superintendent of Police, Motihari and the Respondent No. 6 i.e., SHO of Pipra Kothi Police Station for lodging the FIR against the accused persons.

3. During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner has accepted this fact that the deceased had died in Bengaluru and post-mortem was conducted in Bengaluru.

4. In my opinion, no offence has been committed in the State of Bihar therefore, no FIR can be registered in this State.

5. The petitioner wants registration of an FIR by suppressing the actual fact as to what happened with the petitioner's son in Bengaluru.

6. In view of the discussions made above, this application is dismissed.
