ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the informant is also present.

The petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2018 in connection with Complaint Case No.90 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the provisions of N.I. Act make the offence as stated in the F.I.R. a bailable offence and the petitioner has already been in jail custody for almost three months.

No.22210 of 2018 (3) dt.10-05-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of allegations, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Gaya, in connection with Complaint Case No.90 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the informant has stated that the trial is well under progress.

Let the trial of the present case be expedited so as to conclude positively within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.
