1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case no.32 of 2025 registered under sections 109, 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, as a result of blow given by the petitioner with a knife, it is stated that the informant sustained cuts in his three fingers.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The manner of occurrence is other than what has been narrated in the F.I.R. There is case and counter case between the parties with the F.I.R. of the case having been lodged by the petitioner brought on record as Annexure-P-2 to the petition. The injury report

No. 38300 of 2025(2) dt.12-06-2025 2/2 does not support the prosecution case in so far as against the allegation of assault with a knife, lacerated injuries have been found. The petitioner is in custody since 11.4.2025 and undertakes to cooperate in the investigation/trial. It is further submitted that neither of the parties are interested in proceeding in the matter as would be evident from Annexure-P-4 to this petition.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R., the submissions made and the petitioner being in custody since 11.4.2025, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case no.32 of 2025, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Saran at Chapra.
