2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 351 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 272, 273 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016 having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 04.10.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 41546 of 2016.
3. It is reiterated that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 240 pieces each containing 375 ml. foreign liquor and 50 kg. of 'mahua' flower from the two vehicles. Co-accused Punit Singh @ Pun Singh and so also co-accused Rajendra Kumar @ Rajendra Yadav have already been granted bail on 08.09.2016 and 28.11.2016 respectively, by the learned Court below.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody since 27.07.2016 already suffered, let the petitioner above named be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8630 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati, District Gaya in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 351 of 2016.
