This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to cancel the pre-arrest bail as granted to the opposite party no.2 vide order dated 09.05.2019 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Gaya, in A.B.P. No.53 of 2019 (957 of 2019), in connection with Bodh-Gaya P.S. Case No.28 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 406 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, with a condition to deposit Rs.36,00,000/- within two years in five equal installments in favour of the petitioner in the Civil Court Nazarat, Gaya, with a further direction to deposit the first installment of Rs.12,00,000/- in favour of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39735 of 2019(2) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 petitioner within a fortnight from the date of the order dated 09.05.2019 in the Civil Court Nazarat, Gaya through fix deposit. I find no reason to cancel the pre-arrest bail as granted to the opposite party no.2 vide order dated 09.05.2019 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Gaya, in A.B.P. No.53 of 2019 (957 of 2019), in connection with Bodh-Gaya P.S. Case No.28 of 2019.
