28.08.2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 vide order dated 09.04.2014 passed by Sessions Judge, Begusarai in A.B.A. No. 191 of 2014 in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 03 of 2014 on the ground of merits.

On perusal of the impugned order, I find that the Sessions Judge, Begusarai has considered full facts of the case before granting him anticipatory bail, evidently, there is no reason for interference with the same. The Application stands dismissed.
