JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Turkauliya/Banjariya P.S. Case No. 275 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 379, 354 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the informant has informed this Court that the petitioners have criminal antecedents, which he has not disclosed.

In such circumstance, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. The application is accordingly dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40587 of 2019(3) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 withdrawn.

However, the petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If they do so, the court below shall consider their prayer for regular bail on its own merit, without being prejudiced by the rejection of the present anticipatory bail application.
