JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rudrapur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2012 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, District Madhubani.

The accusation is that petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 being respectively, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, mother-in-law and husband of Kanchan Kumari, daughter of the informant killed due to her protest against the illicit relation of her husband, Anoj Jha- petitioner no. 4 with her sister-in-law- petitioner no.2 and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52082 of 2014 (4) dt.24-06-2015 threw the dead body on the railway track.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
