18-04-2016 After some argument, in view of facts disclosed in the counter affidavit that final assessment order has already been passed, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Sanjay Kumar Giri, learned counsel for the respondent/North Bihar Power Distribution Co. Ltd., makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that the petitioner may avail statutory remedy. The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
