Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 325, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The accusation is of assaulting the informant and abusing by calling caste name as well as snatching silver chain.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that specific accusation has been levelled against Suraj Goswami and Mukesh Goswami when for the occurrence of 09.03.2015 the First Information Report was registered on 24.03.2015.

Considering the fact that accusation is not

No.25396 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 specific against the petitioner and the petitioner being lady, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with SC/ST P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
