The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 2.1.2016 in Brahampura P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was falsely arrested on an allegation of recovery of stolen motorcycle.
