Petitioner is accused in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 156 of 2016 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner resides separately from the deceased and his family. Petitioner never demanded any dowry nor subjected the deceased to torture at any point of time. During investigation no independent witnesses has supported the prosecution case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.12.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
