2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 451/2023 arising out of Gamharia P.S. Case No. 219/2022 lodged under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/354/307/ 504/506 of the I.P.C.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 31.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2737/2024 in which liberty was granted to him to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the charge has already been framed in this case on 09.02.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that it is true that the charge has already been framed in this case.
6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J, VIII Madhepura in connection with S.T. No. 451/2023 arising out of Gamharia P.S. Case No. 219/2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
