ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 It has been submitted that due to inadvertence, in top portion of the cause title of order dated 05.01.2015 and 08.07.2015, it has wrongly been typed arising out of 'PS Case No. 1781 of 2012' in place of 'Complaint Case No. 1781 of 2012'.

The order dated 05.01.2015 and 08.07.2015 stands corrected to the extent indicated above.

Four weeks further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1781 of 2012 and furnish fresh bail bonds pursuant to order dated 05.01.2015 and 08.07.2015 passed by this Court.
