JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant in his written report submitted before S.H.O. of Ujiyarpur Police Station has alleged that when he was returning to his house, the F.I.R named three accused intercepted and only on the order of this petitioner, one Chandra Deep Prasad shot fire causing injury on his thigh. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in this case due to inimical term with

Learned APP, on the other hand, opposed the submission of bail.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case stated above, the prayer of bail is allowed. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalasing Sarai, District-Samastipur in connection with Ujiarpur P.S.
