The petitioners, Bindhyachal Ram, Kunti Devi, Sanjay Ram and Sunil Ram, apprehend their arrest in Sathi P.S. Case No.32 of 2013, registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Rajendra Ram alleged that his daughter Kumar Chandra Lata was married to Ajay Ram, son of the petitioner no.1. Ajay Ram was torturing her due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The informant further alleged that he suspect that all the accused persons poisoned his daughter to death. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brothers-in-law

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.674 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 2/2 of the deceased. They never demanded any dowry nor tortured the deceased. The informant has made specific allegation against Ajay Ram, the husband of the deceased. The petitioner Bindyachal Ram informed the informant about the condition of his daughter.

Having considered the facts that the informant has not made any sorts of allegation against the petitioners and he simply raised suspicion, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No.32 of 2013, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
