The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.12.2018 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 2714 of 2018 by which the vehicle of the petitioner was directed to be released on furnishing an irrevocable bank guarantee. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not in position to furnish irrevocable bank guarantee and as such prayed for modification in the order.

This Court does not find merit in the application. It is
