2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024 registered under Section 21(C) of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 700 bottles of cough syrup and one motorcycle bearing Reg. No. BR30-T-7641 were recovered from the house of petitioner.

4. Having considered the huge quantity of recovery as well as the fact that this petitioner has got three criminal antecedents,
