JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-01-2016 Heard Sri Krishna Kant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Prashant Pratap, learned G.P. No. 6. In the present writ petition dispute is being raised regarding appointment as 'Shiksha Mitra'. Admittedly the post of 'Shiksha Mitra' has already been abolished by an enactment, which has been approved by Full Bench of this court. I do not find any ground to pass any positive order in favour of the petitioner.
The writ petition stands dismissed.
