The Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 384, 452, 380, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 24 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below immediately failing which the Court below shall take
