2. The petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2017 in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 223 of 2017, G.R. No. 7409 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the petitioner did not board the vehicle rather the informant carried the petitioner's friend Anil Singh in the vehicle.

4. Learned A.P.P. on the other hand opposes the bail petition submitting on the basis of case diary that the informant board the vehicle at the request of the petitioner that he along with Anil Singh had to go for some work. Instead of boarding the

No.21477 of 2018 (3) dt.26-04-2018 vehicle, the petitioner sent Anil Singh only with the informant and subsequently two other persons board in the vehicle which was then taken away from the informant after tied his hands and feet. It is stated that charge sheet has already been submitted after completion of investigation by the police and hence there is no chance of tampering with the witnesses.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
