2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41154 of 2023(3) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is a case of dowry death.
4. It is submitted that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in judicial custody since 23.01.2023. Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are married Nanad, petitioner nos. 3, 4 and 5 are unmarried Nanad, petitioner no. 6 are Nandoi of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and they have got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V, Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 419 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
