The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 339 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation in the present case is regarding the informant having opened a Bank Account at the G.B. Road, Branch of the Bank of India at Gaya and thereafter it transpired that huge transactions of money had taken place without the consent of the informant. It was found that old note has been deposited and the money has been withdrawn.

The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as the petitioner is concerned neither there is any material to show that he had deposited the amount or withdrawn

It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted bail by this Court vide order date 17.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26529 of 2018. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that till filing of the present case, the petitioner was not accused in any other case and he is languishing in custody since 17.02.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 339 of 2016.
