Learned counsel for the Railway produces before us a copy of the order dated 20.3.2015 passed by the Supreme Court in a Special Leave Petition directed against the order dated 7.5.2014 under contempt by which after condoning the delay and issuing notice interim stay of the order had been granted. In that view of the matter, it cannot be said that there is any wilful disobedience of the order dated 7.5.2014 under contempt at present.

The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) (Anjana Mishra, J) spal/- U
