1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 325, 379, 504, 506 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of one case.

4. The informant alleges that petitioner assaulted Baidyanath Yadav with Dabia causing injury on head.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that on account of a trivial dispute relating to passing of vehicle near the informant's door, the occurrence

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that the injury suffered by Baidyanath Yadav is grievous as pleaded in Para-11 of the anticipatory bail application.

7. Considering the submissions made by the learned A.P.P. for the State, the Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
