2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 431 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 69 of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing sexual intercourse with the victim on the pretext of marriage.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 9.3.2026.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

6. From the reading of the FIR, it appears that the victim and the petitioner were in a relationship and when the

7. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 431 of 2025.
