2. The present restoration application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 47984 of 2024 which stood dismissed for non-compliance of pre-emptry order dated 03.04.2026.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to unavoidable circumstances notices could not be filed within time and the case was dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order. It has further been submitted that the order dated 03.04.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47984 of 2024 have
