The petitioner is in custody in Tr.No.436 of 2016 arising out of Bikramganj P.S. Case No.167/15 registered under Sections 392 and 411 of the I.P.C.

The accusation of robbery is against two unknown persons. Name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Suraj Kumar. Thereafter the petitioner was remanded from some other case. Submission of the petitioner is that he is in custody since 12.01.2016. However, nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on T.I.P.
