The petitioner seeks bail in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 584/2016, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2016. This is a case of love affair between the victim and the petitioner. The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., which has been annexed as Annexure-2, wherein although the age of the victim girl was assessed by the court below to be 15 years, but she specifically stated in her statement that she has love affair with Deeraj Kumar @ Dhiraj Kumar and she wants to marry with him.

No.11033 of 2017 (2) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view that there is love affairs between the victim and the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge-cumAdditional Sessions Judge I, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S.
