2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 634 of 2020, dated 16.12.2020, lodged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against three named accused persons, including the present petitioner, alleging that all the accused persons surrounded the informant's son. There is a specific allegation that one Raju Kumar stabbed the informant's son in the stomach, causing him grievous injuries. It has further been alleged that the petitioner and one Niraj Kumar snatched Rs. 1,00,000/- and a gold chain from the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel

No.39023 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 further submits that, as per the FIR, there is nothing specific against the present petitioner, and the allegation of stabbing pertains solely to the co-accused Raju Kumar, who has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 19.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58716 of 2021. Counsel also submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner but fairly submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent.
6. As such, in the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the BNSS, 2023 to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 634 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Aman Kumar/- U T
