JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 399,402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-B)a 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

On informant that the miscreants are preparing to commit dacoity, raid was laid leading to arrest of Rajesh Rai alias Rajesh Kumar, Balinder Sahni, Jitendra Sahni and Hariom Sahni and from their possession arms and other articles were recovered. One of the apprehended accused Rajesh Rai named the petitioner and one Dharmnath Bhai as the persons who used to direct the accused persons.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25113 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on confession of the co accused the petitioner has been roped in the present case.

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 217 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Sikarahana at Motihari, East Champaran.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
