The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kusheshwar Sthan (Tilkeshwar O.P.) P.S. Case No.10 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not open fired and other co-accused Uma Shankar @ Uma who is the main accused and has caused the death.
