This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 30(A), 33 and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the field side, country made liquor was recovered and it is stated that it was of the petitioner. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.03.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Piprahipsc 35 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, or successor Court.
