Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 420, 364 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Complaint based allegation is that six months prior to the filing of complaint petition co-accused Chhunu Kumar had kidnapped to Kanhaiya Lal under a conspiracy with the petitioner and others.

The reason for the occurrence is that Chhunu Kumar and others had developed illicit relation with the wife of Kanhaiya Lal and they wanted to grab the property of Kanhaiya Lal.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16725 of 2017 (3) dt.16-05-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

The only material, during investigating, came against the petitioner is suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, district Nalanda/successor Court in connection with Ekanger Sarai Police Station Case No. 217 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
