The petitioner has been in custody since 21.10.2017 in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 704/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the extra judicial confession made before the police by the petitioner, there is no further material in the case diary to implicate him in connection with the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that due to dirty village politics the petitioner has been roped in the present case. Diary in the present case was called for which has since been received.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and there being no further material in the case diary other than as indicated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S.
