2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Women P.S. Case No. 77 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 494, 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.

3. The informant alleges atrocities at the hands of her husband (petitioner) and in-laws for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. According to allegation, the petitioner was already married and concealing the said fact, he solemnized the second marriage with the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has

5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant (O.P. No. 2) has opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Women P.S.
