Lachwa Devi, the informant filed a complaint petition, which was sent to the local police for registration of a case alleging inter alia that all the accused, so named therein, including the appellant made house trespass and abused by calling her caste name and assaulted. Accused, Shiv Kumar Prasad also snatched away ornaments and further, they threatened to vacate the land as Shiv Kumar Prasad had claimed to have purchased the same. No specific allegation has been attributed against the appellant. Appellant has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.560 of 2017 (2) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 since 31.12.2016.

Accordingly, setting aside the order dated 18.01.2017 passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Gaya in Bail petition No. 01/2017, appellant Krishna Prasad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act in connection with Imamganj P. S. Case No. 199 of 2016.
