The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under sections 498A ,341, 323, 376, 511, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. .

According to the informant she was married with Namo Narayan Kumar on 07.12.2008 according to Hindu rites and rituals. It is alleged that after ten days of marriage her husband went to Jammu to do his duty. In Holi her father gave Rs. 40,000/ for giving to her father-in-laws. According to the complainant on many occasions she has given money to her father-in-law. In October 2013 her father-in-law demanded Rs. 2 lacs for purchase of land in Allhabad but she refused to pay. Her Nandosi attempted to commit rape with her. When she raised alarm then her fatherin-law and other family members came there and they started beating her. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that

It is further submitted that he is separate in mess and property of the husband of the informant and he has no concern with the family affairs with the husband of the informant. . On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner is named in the first information report.

Considering the aforesaid facts the above named petitioner in the vent of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt /production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri A. Kumar, J.M. Ist Class, Barh in Mokama P.S. Case No. 238 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Sudhir Singh, J) M.Rahman/- U T
